City Laptop / Business sellers

Make the listing
easy to trust.

Clear facts, visible responsibilities and a complete offer. These are the standards for businesses joining the marketplace.

Seller requirements

What your business supplies.

A real business contact

Provide the trading and legal business identities, a working contact route, operating country and fulfilment location. Identity information is reviewed during onboarding; a listing is not automatically a certification.

An accurate device record

State the exact configuration, condition, faults, included accessories and ownership or management-lock status. Separate actual-unit photos from representative model photographs.

Written customer terms

Set the total selling price, applicable tax, delivery or pickup conditions, return policy, warranty and the person responsible for resolving a problem. Keep stock and price information current.

Evidence belongs beside the claim

Measured, reported or not supplied.

Record the measurement or test, date and person or business that performed it. Include known limitations. If a test has not been performed, say so. A seller report must not be presented as an independent platform inspection.

Supply only equipment you are entitled to sell. Resolve activation and organisation-management locks before offering the unit for ordinary use. Do not publish passwords, full device identifiers or former owners’ information.

Use clear, authorised photographs and disclose whether they depict the supplied unit. Do not edit away damage, change keys or ports, or generate imagery that misrepresents actual stock.

Correct a price, stock status or material specification promptly. If an order cannot be fulfilled as described, contact the customer through the agreed order route and follow the applicable purchase terms.

List repair, setup, recovery and forensic services only where there is a confirmed provider and agreed scope. Do not promise recovery success, a laboratory classification, a response time or a certification without evidence.

Seller agreement

Before you start selling

Confirm how sales are credited and settled, and how cancellations and refunds are handled, in your seller agreement.
